ipad lost in airport

i lost my ipad in the LCCT airport this monday and made a police report in kota kinabalu due to insufficient time to report to airport police but haven't receive any news until today. Immediately used find my iphone apps but my ipad appeared offline..called to apple but seems like they cant do anything with it. Can any1 give suggestion on what should I do to find my ipad back because all my thesis materials are inside it and I am a poor student who is not afford to get another 1.

hunting for scholarships,education fund/loans

Im a STPM holder and currently searching for overseas uni which offering environmental science and I'm considering university of Melbourne.
Can I know is there any way for me to get a scholarships o education fund to cover my fees?As my family financial situation doesnt allow me to study overseas.
Really need alot of guidance.
