What is the standard price for website in Malaysia

I'd like to know if this is a standard fee chargeable for web development in Malaysia.

We paid a web developer RM3500. He published the website and ensured alignment is responsive to both mobile and pc views. WordPress system. Less than 5 pages.

All the copywriting and some of the design are done by me.

On top of that, we paid:

• RM60 for a yearly domain (paid to Server Freak using his account)
• RM800 for Serverfreak hosting (paid to Server Freak using his account)

I'd love to hear some thoughts from a web developer. Thank you.

Edit: Glad to know that this is the standard price nowadays. I also learned that if we have more time, we could just spend less than RM2K for a decent website. A lot of good inputs here. Thanks, guys.

Approaching a guy.

So, at 7:05am, I walked towards elevator and saw one cute guy waiting there.
He wears inner and a cotton shirt.
Pretty casual, with earphone in his ears.

My mind thought,

"I have never seen him before. Is he a hotel guest?"
"He's like a Japanese."
"The old tenant here was Japanese. It might be possible again!"

Instantly, my eyes sparkled.

We went to the same floor and head almost to the same area,
except that he walked to the train station.

Today, at 7:05am,
I heard someone waiting for the elevator.
I was late.

When I was at the ground floor, I saw him walking towards the station.

He might be my new neighbour.
The house vacancy poster was also removed.
I also notice the room light besides mine is opened at night.
Last time it was vacant.

I want to be his neighbour friend!

But, how do I start?

Because I do.

The socially awkward but cute mysterious guy is definitely the kind of guy I want to chase and live together with.

The guy who doesn't need to say much, but is open to ideas, polite and knows when to talk, doesn't talk too much to brag about himself.

The guy who is not quiet and act as the wallflower, but tries to adapt with the society but always remains himself, to the point we can see he is different.

A guy who lives independently from others...

The perfect example is someone like

Motoo Fujiwara or L Lawliet.

Dear men and women,

If you fall in love with someone who has a partner, whether they are married or not, or not yet, leave as fast as you can, before you are eaten by your own mistakes.

This applies to situation 1 - when you are approached by someone whom you have no idea that he/she is married, or engaged, or in relationship. As time passed, you already fall in love.

Situation 2 - When you knew he/she's in relationship, but he/she falls in love with you, and you too.

Situation 3 - When you are dating a womanizer.

Advices:

- He/She will never leave her/him for you.

- You will be seen as the bitch/asshole/homewrecker if your affair has been exposed.

- He/she will never bring you out on dates publicly because he/she knows the risk of exposing it.

- So, where's the best place to date? Your house, your room, his/her house, his/her room, where no one will see you two.

- He/She will tell you how much you meant for him/her, because he/she knows what you want to hear.

- He/she will never make any time to spend with you. Instead, most of his/her time will be spent on his/her partner. If he/she will do so, that will be at 12am midnight, at your place.

- Why degrade yourself being the second, when you can have someone who will make you the one and only?

- You would waste your time committing to someone who will never prioritize you unless he/she needs you for convenience (aka sex, cuddle, maybe money).

To car drivers, especially rough, superfast and inconsiderate: (I drive car and bike at the same time, so I am no spoiled car driver)
Please give road to bikers on small three lane roads, especially when the roads have two separate traffic lights(going straight & going right)

To man in White Avanza BMW789, you are if not an intolerant, an idiot who wants to win over small bikers.

Incident happened in Klang on 11th March, around 6:40pm.
Location: Hectic road slightly before Masjid Jamek Ar Rahimah, Klang.

I was at middle lane heading to right lane because I had to head to the most right of the road at the traffic light. This
Idiot BMW789 was also at middle lane, right behind me. He was so close to me because he thought I was too slow. I drove 80 because of him. He then honked and overtook me. From my back, he went to the right, overtaking me and when to left lane. While he did this, he purposely got closer to my bike, hoping I would have died on spot.

Traffic light for left and middle lane is most of the time GREEN. (1,2)
There is no way bikers can go to the most RIGHT (3) when they are at the LEFT.
No cars will give road. Chance is they will get stuck or honked by cars.

The driver eventually went to the most left lane, which he could have done earlier without killing a small machine.

In Malaysia, roads can never be mixed with cars and bikes.
Giants will always rule, no?
