How to grow fat?

Hi everyone, this is my first time post in fitness section, my question might be a bit noob but please bare with me My friend been telling me i am too thin, and i felt it too when i look at myself in the mirror my height is around 165cm and my weight is around 56kg. i am 24 years old, this year gonna be 25. i know one of the way to grow fat is by eating, but all the while only my belly is growing bigger but not my body i was able to reduce it by eating less (no more add rice) and did some exercise...my weekly exercise is badminton 2hr once a week (maybe too little?)

So wanted to get some expert advice, how to grow fat in the proper way? any food i should eat more ? what food i should eat less? is my exercise sufficient? thanks a lot

Hi everyone, i just completed my degree, now looking for my first job, and i went for an interview recently. The interviewer asked some questions about my academic stuff, then comes the "test" part. He gives me a file and i suppose to extract some information from there, and i screwed up . After that he told me i not sure what i want and told me not to waste time since i come already and began talk a bit about his company. (I thought gg already)

Soon after that he told me about engineer's life (i am engineering student and i applied to engineering company), and some working experiences. At the end of the conversation he told me go back and research and think about what i want to do then call him.

So should i call back onot? At the beginning i thought he not interested in me but at the end he says call back if i made up my mind

Please give some comment

Industrial training

Hi there, this is my first time post here and first time apply for job. I am going to do my industrial training soon, so it is job hunting time now. I have searched around in jobstreet etc but i also like to apply for some companies that are not listed in jobstreet. (i dunno they need any intern onot)

so in the email, should i just briefly introduce myself and ask politely they need and intern? should i include my resume together ? or wait they reply only send resume? thanks a lot

thunder xunlei problem

hi, i'm using thunder xunlei 7. Now i have a problem, when i want to open a torrent, it says the download failed. The torrent comes from other website other than xunlei.com or gougou. When i open the torrent in utorrent, it is working but very slow anyone faced this problem ? thanks

Car 'makan' to one side

Hi, i have a little problem here, recently i changed my absorber then go fix up alignment and camber. But after that i find that my car makan to the left, when i let go the steering, i can see the steering turn little bit to the left. So i go fix alignment again, after that the problem still appear, wtf.. i running out of idea what happened to my car, any sifu have similar experience?

I find that my steering vibrate more than usual, maybe just my feeling, will a wheel balancing solve the problem? thanks

strange line appears on my screen

Hi there, just got my laptop back from servicing, the service centre changed my motherboard (because one of my usb suddenly cannot recongnise my device). After getting it back i notice there is a line (sometime lines) appear on my screen. The line will go away if i refresh the screen or minimise the window and restore it back (sometimes it goes away if i move my mouse there)...i dunno is this what they called screen corruption, so would like some experts to give me some advice. Thanks a lot lot

hdd/thumbdrive suddenly not recongnise by usb

Hi guys, recently my hdd and thumb drive suddenly not recongnise by the usb port (let say port 1), but the hdd works fine on other ports.

I tried to plug in different things into port 1, my mouse works fine, and my mp3 player is not recongnise, it still charge up the mp3 thou..Anyone has a similiar problem before? i'm using vista by the way, thanks a lot

Screen flickering when shutdown

hi, recently got my new notebook. It is running on vista home premium, whenever i want to shut down the com, the screen will flicker a few times and flash to vista background with "Please Wait". Then it goes back to my wallpaper and switch to vista background again, this time is "shutting down". Is that flickering a common issue in vista? And it happens when i restart the com also.

hi, this is my 1st topic in education essential. I'm currently doing my diploma in e&e , in fact almost graduating soon (i'm on my last sem at the moment) but i feel like i din't learn anything...for example, i dunno what is flip-flop, amplifier (bjt amp, class a/b/ab amp), filter, cmos, jfet, mosfet...my lecturer never teach me about this, i know through this from reading the books myself...however many explanation/formulas from the books is too diffucult for me to understand. I'm worrying now as i soon will be going for degree but my foundation/knowledge is not good enough, i scare i'll suffer a big time when i going for my degree...

so any E&E students who are currently doing diploma now or already graduated, can you list out some of the syllabus of certain subjects that u have done, for let say digital and analogue...i wanna know what i have missed and would like to cover asap...to be more specific, i list out what i have done...

digital electronic
binary code, bcd, 2's complement, boolean, logic gates, k-map, combination logic...that's all (i would like to know what should i learn after combination logic)

analogue
diode, zener diode, rectifier, clipper and clamper, then bjt

there is more to come but i think i will stop here now
