- Item name, Size, Colour and others details
- Quantity

ping TMnet default gateway - fail

I tried to ping TMnet default gateway but everytime it fail on modem diagnostic or request timed out through command prompt. Is this normal? I still can surf websites, but torrent was bit slow than usual. check speedometer still at 3.5m (i am on 4m plan) is this the issue with TMnet? how to solve this?
