Need help for my Window Mobile

Can any one give me any idea how to solve this problem.

I don't seems to be able to delete, save or transfer any files in my window mobile 6. It say Access is denied, make sure your mobile device has sufficient memory, not write protected and not in use.

I have many pictures in my phone which I cant afford to do a hard reset. Please HELP. .many thanks
