Hard disk not initialized

Hi all

My harddisk suddenly can't be detected. And checked in disk management showing disk not initialized. But device manager is still showing my harddisk 'mypassport'.

Anyone can help how to resolve this?

Any hard disk specialist to recomend?

Have try some step in Google but can resolved.

i am looking for the harddisk casing for Buffalo harddisk model HD-PNTU3.

Anyone have it ? please PM me if you have and offer me your price.

PS : my casing connection is broken already, and the data is encrypted, need to use back the same casing to retrieve the data.

Hi all,

i have a harddisk Buffalo model HD-PNTU3, the connection head was broken, and i bought a new casing after that, however after connecting it to new casing all data are showing unallocated and no data appreared.
FYI The data is encrypted with bitlocker software.

Have tried all the possible solution to retrieve data but all failed eg : using recovery passcode etc.

The final possible solution is to get a same model casing, however this is an old model..and not available anymore.

1) can anyone guide me where can i get the buffalo model HD-PNTU3 casing ? or anyone can sell me this ? PM me if anyone have the model.

2) Any sifu here have any alternative way to retrieve the data? kindly share

How to recover unallocated hard drive

Hi all

I just change my hard disk to a new casing due to old one spoil at the connection head.
However after connected to new casing the disk become unallocated in the disk management. And need to format before I can access the hard disk.

But i can't format yet cos I have many data inside.

Anyone have same experience and how to recover the data before format??

My disk is 2.5' portable hard disk.

Dimmer with Remote

Hi forumers,

i have bought few dimmer with remote control but realise that they are having same remote control frequency, which mean that when i place them close to each other, the remote control will control all the dimmer, instead of controlling particular dimmer only.

Anyone know where can i modify the electronic to change the frequency for the dimmer / remote control ?

Perhaps somewhere in jalan pasar? please recommend the shop name if you have any idea.
