To all sifu here,

I would like to seek for your all advise on this.

I paid the 5% down payment (the balance 5% was rebate) and signed SPA (only signing pages and initial of the payment term. I have not initial/sign for the rest of documents.) during the day Aset Kayamas launching.

Unfortunately, my 90% loan cannot be approved .

I have submitted an application to demand for refund with rejection letter from 2 bank to development.

The developer have prepared the refund with deduction of 20% (so called admin fees etc) of my 5% down payment

Should I agree with this deduction or I should pursue against the developer ?

Appreciate for to all sifu advise here.
