sonic gear blue thunder IIR 5.1 woofer problem

Help~~~
i hav jz bought a Sonic Gear Blue Thunder IIR 5.1 speaker and a Creative sb X-Fi 5.1 surround external USB soundcard
after i setup up the driver and everything, and i tested the sound thru the creative volume panel, each speaker and the woofer was working well
but when i play song then woofer is nt working.

Can anyone help me???
