Strata title

Hi!

I would like to ask some expert here regarding strata title. I own a condo and strata title is ready for collection. At the same time i am sell my condo and got potential buyers.

Should i collect the strata title or let the new owner to collect? I believe the strate title should be on the new owner name, right?

Catch Chickenpox during 1st trimester

Hi,

Anyone from here having chickenpox infection during early pregnancy below 20 weeks? Been gone the internet shown they is risk when pregnant mum get it in early pregnancy. Consulted OB and suggest to get varicella zoster immune globulin shot (VariZIG) but the whole Klang Valley hospital SJMC, KPJ, Columbia Asia, SMC and HKL also doesn't have this shot. So Dr. prescribed the antiviral medication (acyclovir) to reduce the severity. Now we just pray it doesn't affect the baby. Any of you having this issue before and how was the baby?

Hi,

I plan to buy this RS150R and heard this bike having reliability issue with its coil will need replacement after around 25k km, throttle position sensor will broke at any time and timing chain tensioner also at any time. Is this really unreliable? Still considering between RS150R or Y150ZR.

Hi,

Did anyone know which hospital or clinic that have Sialendoscopy facility in Klang Valley? I hv a blockage in one of my saliva gland and need this procedure to remove the stone in saliva gland. Visited few ENT specialist in Ipoh but no one know which hospital or clinic that perform this sialendoscopy procedure. They suggest this procedure as to me because I don't want to remove the saliva gland as what they recommend.

Hi,

I am new to Klang and just been transfered to Klang and working in Port Klang. Searching around bandar botanic area and found this Akasia and Armaya. I am interested on new property less than 4 years old for own stay. When i search the price for this area, found only Akasia within my budget. Akasia 1 built-up is smaller than Akasia 2 with same size of land 20x70.But i heard that there is 1 row at Akasia 2 is 20x80 and selling at RM 620000.

Any expert from this area can confirm this?
How is the living condition at this area safety and quite surrounding?
How is it living in bandar botanic compare to other area around it?

2 week ago i booked a 2013 inspira 2.0P paid RM100 for documentation and loan had been approved. I booked indian grey color and the sales man promised can deliver the car in a week time after the loan is approved. Yes, loan the is approved next day. Until today they can't get the car for me and asked me to choose other color since they can't get every where. If other branch can get the color i want, can i cancel my booking, approved loan and get back my RM100 from the sales man i engaged earlier? Not yet sign anything other than loan application form.

Cambridge audio amp repair

Hi,

My amplifier suddenly is not working and upon open up the amp cover found the internal protection fuse had burnt. Replace a new fuse but still burnt once power up. Anyone know or could recommend me the shop in Ipoh or KL that can do the repair for my Cambridge Audio amp (A640)? Prefer in Ipoh. Did the shop inside lowyat can do the repair?

Hi,

Just to ask you guys here in between this three LED TV, which 1 is the best? My old big black box is just burnt after serving me for 10+ years.
Mainly I used to watch normal astro (non HD), will get a Blue Ray player soon to watch movie, as monitor sometime,play Xbox.

My tv will be placed near to the window which means When siting in front of the tv, the window is located at right hand side in the middle between tv and seat. My old crt have a big issue in reflective problem. Only can watch movie at night or dark time.
Which LED tv will give the best anti reflective screen?

Hi,

Anyone here encounter some bad customer service quality from Belkin Malaysia? Especially the warranty claim department.
When called 0377833010, the guy who answer the phone is just like no been in the school. Talk like mafia and the follow-up is just shit.
Everytime called the warranty claim department, they will said " wait!!! I don't know what is the problem". No more buying belkin product even got lifetime warranty.

IP camera

Hi,

Anyone using IP camera with streamyx? It's IP camera can work with streamyx? Currently I was using tmnet streamyx 1.0mbs package and try to set-up an IP camera. But everytime I connect the IP camera, the internet line will disconnected and there is a alert saying ip address conflict. I had try to set the IP in the IP camera manually and it's work but pc cannot access internet. Once access to the internet, the line will be disconnected and have to reset the modem. There is no problem when I try i in my company. It will auto detect and assign IP to the camera. Here the the set-up ;

Streamyx line - modem/ router - switch - pc/ Ip camera.

Hi,

Anyone has an experince regarding take a legal action against the doctor who is negligence? The story is like this. I did a lymph node biopsy on my neck due to swollen. The doctor did a small operation to get the swollen lymph node smaple for biopsy. During the time the doctor not realise that she accidentally cut one of my nerve that connect to my shoulder blade causing me to lost ability to raise my shoulder and pain at the neck and shoulder. Few follow up with the doctor I complaint that after the operation my shoulder cannot move and the doctor said this is a small operation and does not cause my shoulder to frooze. The doctor ignore my complaint. So i get other doctor opinion and found that the nerve is actually cut during the previouse operation. AFter the doctor repair the nerve,my shoulder can move but no energy and the pain is gone. From this, can i file a legal action against the doctor?

Can I connect the HF speaker to A side and LF speaker to B side. This is called bi-wire or bi-amp? Any harm if do that kind of connection? From the manual, stated A side is for main speaker and B side is for secondary speaker. Combination is must use speaker not less than 6 ohm speaker. My current speaker is Diomand 9.5 floorstander and bi-wiring ready. My amp is Cambride Azur 640A.

Muscle recovery

How many days your muscle in pain after a workout? I mean pain when give a little stretch on the muscle where trained or worked out yesterday. My muscle need 2-3 days for recovery. Is it normal or I over trained? Normally I do 3 set/ exercise and not more than 4 exercise/ muscle group.

AV vs. stereo amp

I am now considering to have a either AV set up or just stereo set-up. In my list, I have Yamaha RX-663 AV amp and Cambridge 640A stereo amp. In term of sound quality, which one is better? I am more to 90% music listening from rock to jazz. Yamaha 663 owner, pls give some comment and experince.
