sweage pipe leakage, whose responsibility?

hi all sifus, would like to ask something here, much help would be appreciated.

i currently own a low cost flat on the 2nd floor, and the sewage pipe downstairs on the ceiling that is connected to my bathroom floor is leaking, but the leak is on the pipe itself (below his ceiling), may i know who shd be responsible for repair of that pipe?

wanna ask all sifu's here...just for the sake of fun of changing oil..myvi engine oil can pakai 5w20 or not? currently using royal purple hps 5w30..so far so good..i know quite overkill for my this cheap car..but will it perform better if i change to 5w20? any myvi owners here tried 5w20 b4? fyi the 5w20 is royal purple xpr series (racing grade if not mistaken)..wanna know will there be any cons for changing to low viscosity.. ex: noisy engine or other things...thanks everybody in advance...

wanna ask all the sifus here..i'm currently owning a 09' myvi ez auto..planning to sell of the myvi n change to a fiesta s..just wanna ask whether it's worth the upgrade? or is it a total no brainer to fo so..?

hi all sifus, i have a 09' p2 myvi auto to let go, the car's accident free( i swear ), always service b4 mileage reach with royal purple 5-30 engine oil after 3rd service at p2 centre, gear oil changed with royal purple max atf oil, new break discs n using musashi soft break pads all changed within this year, changed to panasonic battery 2 months go, original rims with 4pcs yokohama c-drive 2 185/60/r14 tyres changed last year oct, sound proofing done on 4 doors, and the mileage is 35k+, how much you guys think i can fetch with this car?

hi all sifus, i'm currently using a Phillips CEM210 head unit, just wanna ask if it's worth to change to a KENWOOD KDC U453? are there any big differences between these 2 head units? if no then what do you guys recommend? my budget can't be more than rm 500..thanks all...

hi all sifus..need some guidance from you all here..
my current setup is:

HU : cheap phillips brand with usb input
amp : autotek 4 channel
front speakers : genexis 6.5"
rear speakers : mohawk 5"
preamp : titanium digital t-4000
sub : houston 12"

ok now here's the problem..1st of all i know nothing about car audio..i just threw my car to the accessory shop last year and told them i wanted to install a sound system. (budget budget la of coz.. =X)

at 1st i was like feeling ok la with the sound, but now after a year already dunno y i feel that the vocals coming out of my speakers feels quite "empty",no umph, quite noisy(not as in cracking sound but somthing like a lot of sounds, instruments mixing together) n not really solid. i've heard my frens system and it sounds a lot better than mine.(his system oso budget budget one)

ok i know my system is cheap cheap and i'm not asking for audiophile standards here..just wanna know what can i do to improve the sounds of my system? oh and btw my fren just gave me a set of jbl gt0608c, if i wanna install it, is there any other things i have to change? and can i use back the previous cross over or i should change to the jbl one?

just wanna ask here if i use a 32" full hd led tv as my display my gc can cope with it or not? if tak boleh then must change what gc? thanks in advance for the help guys...

hi there all sifus..can help me recommend a pc for gaming? target is for the upcoming diablo 3..budget is around 2.5k max..pc only..no nid moniter and keyboard/mouse and speakers..thanks a lot for help..
