Dear Sifus,

I have a 1+ years old SOHO purchased from a sub-par developer, under commercial title for residential usage and governed by Housing Development Act (HDA).

My unit has 3 bedrooms, while 2 of the 3 bedrooms are without windows, the developer only provided exhaust fan on the ceiling.

Hi... Any experts here would be able to advise how to clean the grout / gap between floor tiles?

Every time I wipe it with cloth and water, there is some grey cement stick on the cloth and it is endless.

Any advice for detergent or cleaner to use?
