I am not the owner of the house. I am moving out (bought my own house) and finding a replacement tenant for this room.
My room rental contract is till end of Oct 2020. You can opt to continue your stay if you find it suitable. If not, house owner will return the deposit to you at the end of Oct.
We will meet the house owner if you are confirmed to rent the room.

About the Owner:
Owner is a very friendly and accommodating landlady. If you have any issues regarding house matter, she is always willing to assist you. Time to time she brings goodies for everyone during festive seasons.

Pet Dog's Weird Behaviour

I have a friend who owns a female husky (1 year 2 months now)
She was potty trained to do her business in the bathroom potty pad since young and we rarely had issue with this.

However lately, she refuses to enter the bathroom to poo/pee.
She does her business right outside the bathroom door.
We did clean the bathroom with soap and all to remove the odour etc. but she still does it outside the bathroom.

She knows its wrong and she will look guilty when we question her.
But next round, she does it again...

Any particular reason she is doing this?
Advice would be great

We tried:
- verbal scolding, pointing the spot and say a firm "NO"
- treat reward when she does her business in the bathroom
- light beating as warning, when she repeated that again

Body Acne

Recently having a really bad case of body acne on chest and back (back is worse).
Any natural way to solve it?
Doc gave pills and cream but i don't really wanna rely on those.

Hello to all LYN members.
Reading the members' journals made me motivated to keep 1 myself.

History:
Whole life I wasn't active in sports, only stayed home gaming.
Until November 2010 (I was 22) my friend took me to Rock Climbing.
Really got into it and that's the turn point of my lifestyle.
Currently doing weight training and rock climbing.

Age: 26
Height: 170cm

Oct 2010: 75kg (Before any sports)
May 2011: 65kg
May 2012: 67kg
Dec 2012: 66kg
Aug 2013: 68kg
Oct 2014: 71kg

Goal: Strength training

Routine (Started Jan 2012)
Red = Struggling really bad
4 days Gym
1-2 days Rock Climbing
1-2 days Rest

I have NO experience in weight training/diet plans (only refer to videos and online guidelines)
so advice, criticism and pointers are welcomed.
