my wira aeroback back bumper is getting fall off.. one of the steel that support the bumper has broken... does anyone know where is the cheapest place to repair and how much will it cost?

when i put my pc vertically, the system cant run; but if i put the pc horizontally, the system can run normally...
i wonder what is the problem?
