No sound when I play games

I just bought an original set of Nokia 5320. There are 3 games preloaded: Marble, Jelly Chase and Guitar Rock Tour. When I try to play GRT, the phone produced no sounds at all. The other 2 games were fine. When I installed 2 new games, both games have the same problem. Both games played fine on my friend's phone. What's going on? Does anybody else have the same problem? Should I just go back to the seller?
