EXCEL/VBA: Data grouping

Hi. I have the following situation, with an example of a fraction of data that I have. The thing is we would like to group the input data to a hierarchical structure.

Means that for example on top is PACK-02, and inside there's fruit-01 and fruit-02, and each fruit-01 or fruit-02 will store certain data.

I did tried to use validation data dropdown list, but Each time I select GroupList which populates 2 or 3 rows, I have to select it several times. Is there a way to make it populate number of rows as what is wanted in the output shown? Thanks.

I can understand excel formula but I don't know much about VBA. I've tried VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH but doesn't seem to worked.
