CPU problem

i wan ask something,my friend PC auto turn off the the monitor.The CPU wll "hang"there and sometime the come out the bean bean souds and somttime cannot turn on the CPU.sometime the CPU can open 1 day but sometime can open 5min to 1 hours, later the CPU got the problem.i already check the ram and hard disk,it no problem.i want to ask how to check the PSU,motherboard and the display card is onboard.

[WTA] 0x0000009c Blue SCREEN

his guys, currently i having the 0x0000009c blue screen issu.i had already running check on ram and hard-disk. but no problem found. after that i had already reformat my pc twice, the blue screen still keep randomly appear. i suspect it might cause by the processor, motherboard or powersupply. i cant test it because i dont have extra part.

my sys is now on default mode,i dint oc it. the temp is ok, cpu load 56c', motherboard 42c', hard-drive 42c'
after i running Prime95 test for a while it show have 1 error, afther that will blue screen.

The bluescreen will not appear when i disable the "Intel turbo mode" in the bios there. bios default is enable for this. now i running the prime test without any error msg. i run cpu-z and find out that if i enable it, my core speed will become 28xxMhz. if diable it, it will run at
2677.6 mhz. so does this consider auto oc?

so did you guys have any idea what wrong with my pc? isit not enought power? i think 560watt is just enought for my pc rite? or isit cause by other issue?

Intel i7 920
asus p6t motherboard
6gb muskin 1333mhz ram[ 2gb x 3]
SilverStone 56f 560watt powersupply
1tb westernD black edition hard-disk
Gecube 3870 ddr4 Gpu
