Details of the complaint : I have bought this nexus 7 since last year, but too bad i accident drop to the floor and break it, so i plan to find this seller back to repair my unit. I send him to repair and pass him money by cash. So we only use receipt to hold our trust between each other. He is a nice guy i tot i can believe him, i pass him the money and device together once i decide to repair, cause i only use that device not more than 2 month, he said screen drop no warranty so i pay him directly RM500 however i notice the receipt only wrote RM489. Ok its fine, i let him earn that left money lo since ppl help me send to repair, then many month later no news at all, no status no reply, keep said i will check , phone cant call. Until May, i send him the receipt say wan to report him only he tell me meet at sunway club to get my device back . He told me that asus guy have left the company and not able to make refund for me at the same time will bank in me later. The receipt still writing owe me that RM489 but the unit is collected by me.

I keep chase every month by month, because i working oversea , now almost 1 year d, i keep repeat doing this stupid things every month, i even tell me i no money because i lost my job, he only pity me reply my message, today i try to ask him refund again, he say i prank him for refund, say i no money then find him to get back the money. I totally speechless and moody today morning, i trust this guy so much, he treat me like tat. he even say want to report me back say i cheat him.

Please please help me if anythings i can do to this kind of people. he make me no confident to do any purchase in future anymore. Any one can help? Giv some solution to me? i will pm all the conversation to you that i have and receipt that would help me get the money back.

I might not able to get back my money anymore, however i hope no ppl will do so trust him like me anymore. Cause he is worth to trust any forumer in lowyat.

Please give some solution to me if i have any chance to get the money back. i promise will pay u 25% of the refund to you if u can help.
