Hacking and piping for fibre cables

May I know if anyone has installed the unifi lately for landed house? Can pls share your experience...

My house is under renovation now and my electrician did the hacking and piping to put the fibre cable (white color) inside the house ( at the dining area). He said the external fibre is black color and the internal one is white cable. Today I went to consult the unifi customer service advisor and he told me they no longer use the white color fibre for internal , they use all black from external to internal. Even though I put in the white fibre cable, they will not use it. He advised me to ask the electrician to just put any cable inside the pipes and when the TM installer come they can just put the fiber cable and use the cable that we have put earlier to help bring in their cable and pull it to wherever the termination point in the house.

Is this correct? Because the electrician charged me for the fibre cable and the hacking job…

I plan to install unifi for my landed house, there is already a black fibre cable from the TM pole to the external of my house.

I am wondering what is the correct way of doing it so that I don't have to pay double for the labour.

Appreciate your kind assistance. Thanks

plumbing for old house

I am renovating my house and will change all plumbing system and pipings. Initially the contractor told me the pipes will run from the main pipes to the 1st floor then to the water tank and to the kitchen . However, when he saw there are plaster ceilings on my 1st floor, he changed and said to run from ground floor all the way back to the kitchen and then only go up to the water tank. I suspected he didn't want to hack my plaster ceilings and told me the pressure will be better for me. Ground floor has no plaster ceiling at the moment but will put plaster ceiling later.

Is this the right way to do the plumbing for old houses without hacking on the floor?

Thanks for all your kind advice!

Hope this clarifies."

Jeez, i bought the almond butter from Jaya Grocer and it taste way better with no preservatives also.
