Date of transaction: 20th November

Details of the complaint : Selling fake mi4 to me as original as claimed by him. I cod with him for RM850 at Shell petrol station but during cod i really can't check everything and i did not suspect anything so i just went back and play around and put back in the box. Then i put on sale in lowyat and sold to one of the forumer and he found out is the fake mi4 with low internal storage of 4GB only, hardward is MTK, internal ram is 1gb rather than 3gb,and cannot boot into recovery mode. Then i refunded to him because of this and i did whatsapp seller about this and he told me goods sold are not refundable. And he said that i did check the phone on the spot but who the hell can check everything on the spot and am not a phone specialist to know all this. I requested for refund but was rejected by him and still he ask me to sell it to someone after i found out is a fake phone. He even ask me to deal directly with the warranty provider since the phone still under warranty by them but why do i have to be responsible for it? I even offer to take back RM800 only for the refund as RM50 is for him to go and do everything he needs for claiming but still he rejected and say no refund. He bpught from Mydeal.my and he ask me if not satisfied please go and complaint with Mydeal. Now is like my problem than him selling fake phone.

I did told him that am gonna report police for this if he don't want to refund but he insisted not to refund back my money. I understand that sometime goods sold are not refundable but if he sold me a fake phone how it is goods sold are not refundable? Seriously you need to download some apps to check the internal storage and ram,hardward,etc during cod where got people install and check all those thing.

I still have some of his photos in the phone when he sold to me and i will upload it later. It's a middle age chinese dude driving estima 1828.

I strongly request MOD to dispute him.

Edited: Now he completely blocked my number from calling him and ignore my whatsapp. Poor chinese fella. Family men somemore.
