If a person owes maybe 6/7 different bank credit card debt about 20k each, so would it be possible for all these banks to consolidate all his/her debt and sue for bankruptcy? Because just 20k alone for sure the bank cannot but if combine all the debts then it would exceed 100k which would fulfil the bankruptcy criteria. So can they ACTUALLY do that?

Looking for some Sifu to enlighten on this.
