Asked to move out (house) from officer

Ok, my family has a house (which was build by themselves) in a government land.
Around 8 people are staying in that house
They have been residence in that house for over 10 years.
It was a farmhouse, they plant vegetables, rare chickens and renovated the house.
They have neighbour.... staying not very far from their house....

So recently they received a letter asking them to move out from their house within 1 month.
When they asked for compensation; the officer said that they are not entitle for the compensation because they are the one who should pay rental for staying at the govt land.
According to some man, if they paid for the past rental, they are likely to receive the compensation.

My question is ;

1) Are they entitle for compensation?

(my opinion) I think govenment should 'pay' them at least some place to stay despite it is the government land? Somehow they have stay they for more than 10 years... and they get their income from planting the vegetables and they does their work at home too.

2) Is it genuine asking them to pay for the past rental in order to appeal?

(My opinion: I don't think so as they never agree at the first place to pay rental for that area. I think the officer has no right to ask them to pay for it either. If they knew that they need to pay rental for it, they can move out anytime, right?)

3) If i want to appeal, what should i do? Can give me some idea?

Contribute to EPF voluntarily or increasing it?

1) If you owned a business (sole proprietorship/partnership), have you ever think to contribute EPF voluntarily to KWSP?

- some feels that there is no need to contribute to EPF because can only get back the money when you're 55/60.

2) If you receive salaried income, have you ever think to increase the EPF contribution by negotiating with your employer?

- i have read this in theory but i'm not sure whether does this really practical? Have you ever think about this?
The benefit of doing this is of course you get more money in the funds when you old.

when your income reaches certain amount, and your boss is in the position of deciding whether to give you allowance or not, you can request him to increase your EPF contribution. (employer part)
allowances taxable, EPF contribution not taxable

Or do you feels that other retirement saving plans are better ?

what u'll do or how u shd be thinking whn seeing ur bf/ gf profile is full of comments from pretty gurl/ guys?

and u simply wondering why he still need 2 look around for others whn he already hav u in the 1st place?

the question is, can u accept this?
