Question of 24bit/96khz hd-res file

I know HDCD,SACD is recorded & mastered at 24bit/96khz,but i need to know how to ripped them to 24bit/96khz hi-res file?such as HDtrack...i tried on many way to ripping them to 24/96khz,but the result always be 16bit/44khz...anyone know the right way to ripping hdcd,sacd to hi-res file? thanks
