Hi guys,

Im planning to join navy as im quite interested but i have some problem here.

Im overweight (BMI 30)

Info about myself:
Weight: BMI30
Height: 180cm
Qualification: Degree Honors
Profession: Director
Age: 26

i know im overweight, and i see some of the physical test needed as following:

50 push up in 2 minutes - I can do it in 1m27sec
50 Sit up in 2 minutes - I can do it in 1m44sec
2.4km in 12 minutes - GG, i cant do it at all, took me 20mins

Question is, should i just go for it or i definitety will be kicked out for failing the running part? I do not have any health condition (blood test was month ago). Oh and also BMI too high...

Everyday say come out wont talk about insurance, promised us like god.

ended up everyday talk about insurance and when we tegur her she show black face.

And then say buying property is a liabilities and buy insurance better.

After kena few time i also lazy to find her then nowadays keep finding me dinner yumcha i also lazy to reply.

I veyr butthurt when she told me she feel sad that all her optimistic friend become very sad each day because of 9-5pm job while she enjoy free day working like own boss, because sell insurance no time strain.

babi betul, whatever job im doing now despite tiring but at least i learnt a lot things that you dont fucking get to learn in selling insurance right?

dah la i also got insurance already.

say north do east type of people really making me angry, now that everyone of us trying to avoid her, she still can liddat...

k, help me how to counter back her words against us as a office worker.

As i will be working in meru, klang soon, i'm looking for a studio apartment to rent, it doesn't have to be big, because i will be staying alone or sometimes gf will just come by.

Prefer location will be shah alam.

However, i am a little lifestyle oriented, the unit must be clean, fully furnished and functional and great environment

My requirements:

- 500-900sqf will do
- Gym
- Quiet and not so much foreigners around, iranian, arabian and etc, don't like their culture, will stay away.
- MUST Fully furnished with better design
- INTERNET is a must.

Let me know. My budget is around MYR1k-1.5k Max. Note that im looking for a studio unit only, need not to be spacious, small, cozy and fully furnished will do.

Hi guys, i recently realized that im having hair loss and to my surprise it is quite bad? considering that i normally have a very thick hair inherited from my family and my family has no issue with hair loss problem. I'm 25 only this year and this has been my concern lately. Please help me to identify if this is a serious case or not...

EDIT; i took acne medication namely doxycyclin and clindamycin for my acne issue several months ago, ever since i have recovered from acne issue, i no longer take any of the acne medication for 2 months already. Google say doxycyclin caused hair thinning and hair loss, fuck me. Probably is this already.

Hi guys, my mbp2011 just died due to GPU failure, i am in need of a mahine now that works so i thought of getting a new mbp retina but heard that the new one is coming soon, so i thought of getting mba 2014 13" 128gb 4gbram to use until i got the newbp that coming out soon.

Do you think whatever im doing now is a wise choice? Love mba due to its lightweight and portability. However i will mainly use it for presentation, online movie, light photo editing with photoshop, music and document while i have imac to do heavier task while my current mbp died. Logic board is too expensive to replace tho.

HID 4300k on Preve Halogen Projector

Hi guys,

I'm always having problem with my Proton Preve lights as it is not really bright compare to the others, not sure why but my friend's myvi and etc with stocks bulb are always brighter and easier to drive at night time so i decided to change a better bulb which is Osram Night Breaker + but it ended up the same and i tried adjusting it a little bit but still, not good.

I then changed to HID for a brighter vision with 4300k bulb hoping that it would not glare others and give me a better vision at night. Ive changed it just now but the lights are not adjusted properly which result in a poor light direction as my lights got two black line shadow when it is on. Is that because of my adjustment or due to the projector?

Please advice, thanks!

Which parts got defected?
The spiderweb green printing on both side the shoulders and back. Due to the products liability and Adidas Codes and Conducts, this products failed to pass their quality control assessments thus, got rejected back to the factory to destroy. However, i managed to get fews before they threw it into the recycle machines.

Sorry the picture is lil bit small but as you can see the black marking on the green web design, that is the defected part.

Feel free to ask more questions should you have doubts with anything. Limited stocks availability as this is a seasonal tee which means it is LIMITED EDTION[SIZE=7] products. I saw once in Pavillion, it is sold RM250++ and you could hardly get this kind of tee as it target markets are those professional athletes.

My own opinion:
I am a kickboxer, my punches was average but consider ok due to my heavy weight body but after wearing this, i feel tight at my hip and shoulder thus i managed to use more strength and feel more comfortable. My trainer even said my jab and cross are improving alot. I would say, thank you to this shirt, it helps a lot during the training!

Currently i have 1 L size and 1XL size but coming more very soon. However this two shirts are brand new and never worn before!

Hi, as topic, as i am using Maxis 3G sim card, it does have 3G signal as shown in my iphone 3G. (on the application top menu bar there, beside the signal) and does it counting as i am using the 3G because my bill for this month is rm300++ for GPRS and 3G usage ONLY while i never use 3G but wifi instead. If it is actually using, how do i off it? Thanks!
