Recently, some problem has happened to my lens (or dslr?). When I turn the camera on and off and also when im using autofocus, the lens will make a really loud whirring sound and i can feel it vibrate. This is not the normal whirring of the lens when searching for focus. When this first started to happen, the camera couldnt display the aperture and i couldnt change it, there were just 2 dashes where the aperture values are supposed to be. So, I tried shooting in shutter priority and the camera states that there isnt a lens attached. BUT, its attached because in other modes i can still take a picture (although still with the loud whirring sound). After detaching and attaching the lens over and over again, the aperture values came back but the whirring sound is still there.
