Kitchen Extension

Hi,

I just bought a 2 story terrace house in Taman Pandan Indah and would like to extend the kitchen for around 7 feet (ground floor only). The original house has already extended the kitchen but only a very simple one (cement floor, half wall, half iron grill). I'm thinking to do build up the wall and put a window and maybe a concrete root and put tiles on floor.

How should I proceed? What do I need to apply at MPAJ? What are the fees involved.
