I would like to ask for advise/suggestion on the hardware and the cost (RM$$) involved if I wanted to build a mini PC with the following specification::

CPU - Intel i3/i5 dual core
RAM - 16GB
Storage - 128GB

Hopefully someone can provide me a guide.

Today i had checkout the new housing area in putrajaya which just located along the SKVE and next to MARDI (MAHA).
The housing look strategic located but i think the draw back was these new homes are quite near to TNB Power Line. About 30 to 40 feet.
Of course if i choose then i will choose to had unit which further away
