problems on my new computer

QUOTE(rockkiller @ Oct 25 2008, 10:05 AM)
i just bought not too long , not even 1 month, i think i will straight away to the dealer n ask them change processor for me

and this morning i on my computer, it shows the error message

QUOTE

BCCode : 7f BCP1 : 00000000 BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 3_0 Product : 256_1

this is due to wat error ?

Bug Check 0x7F: UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
BugCheckParameter : 0x00000000, or Divide by Zero Error, indicates that a DIV instruction is executed and the divisor is zero. Memory corruption, other hardware problems, or software failures can cause this error.

Bug check 0x7F typically occurs after you install a faulty or mismatched hardware (especially memory) or if installed hardware fails.

Check in your Event Viewer in Administrator Tool under Control Panel
Have a look at your System Log and Application Log

Next,

Look at C:\Windows\Minidump, if there is file there, zipped and upload the whole folder here.
I understood that cracksys has ask you to set your system not to start system automatically to capture your BSOD, therefore i think you should have minidump file here.I will help you to debug and see what error you are having.

But based on the above error code of 0X7F, you might be having incompatible hardware installed in your system and as Jason 5877 says, your Intel Xeon maybe your culprit. If possible to update your BIOS, try update it.

Then check your RAM for memory test to see if there is any error. Run each RAM you have one by one. It could be RAM slot faulty too.

i want to know is it i need to go to safe mode ?
