PSU supply enough for overclock ?

Cooler Master ATX Casing RC 690
3X12cm CMaster cooler fan
1X8cm CMaster cooler fan

is that my PSU enough to do Overclock?
if i added CPU cooler and added 2X2GB Team Elite DDR2 800MHz RAM
is that enough for overclocking my computer to highest performance ?

my psu when i on the power, it occurs the electric sound like zzzzzzzzzz....... Is that my PSU got problem?

francischuahcw, i have test the ram d, my ram no problem, try to reformat n install the latest gc driver, but occur the same thing, when i play game, just start loading only n then my computer screen suddenly turn off black d, need to press the power button off n then on the power but this time not restart ....

is it my gc having problem ?

Check in your Event Viewer in Administrator Tool under Control Panel
Have a look at your System Log and Application Log

Next,

Look at C:\Windows\Minidump, if there is file there, zipped and upload the whole folder here.
I understood that cracksys has ask you to set your system not to start system automatically to capture your BSOD, therefore i think you should have minidump file here.I will help you to debug and see what error you are having.

But based on the above error code of 0X7F, you might be having incompatible hardware installed in your system and as Jason 5877 says, your Intel Xeon maybe your culprit. If possible to update your BIOS, try update it.

Then check your RAM for memory test to see if there is any error. Run each RAM you have one by one. It could be RAM slot faulty too.

problem of playing game on my new computer

I have installed last week only then a computer, all computer hardware is I select myself. Brought a moment ago plays NFS Carbon just a while, my computer screen falls darkly suddenly, then my loudspeaker appearance “pek pek pek ” the sound, why happen that?
Then I pressed the power button to close then pressed again, my screen could demonstrate the thing. After a moment, winxp logo shows loading before enter welcome screen, it restart again, can i know what is the problem huh ?
