Job Responsibilities

Lead retail sales and managing beauty advisor / beauty therapist in the designated sales territory.
Support beauty advisor & attend to customer during event
Manage and monitor on shelf stock availability, merchandising, and sales operation issues at stores.
Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for beauty advisors/ beauty therapists.
Coach sales representatives on technical aspects of organization’s products and services, marketing campaign, sales promotion, sales techniques, procedures, standard to achieve sales target
Engage, supervise & manage events & sales activities (e.g. roadshow, concourse & in-store, and etc)
Co-ordinate & assist on retail engagement activities such as Trainings for BAs, Retail Mid-Year & Year-End Conference

Job Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
At least 3-year experience in beauty advisor management, events, or retail industry.
At least 2-year experience in supervisory role.
Analytical, business acumen, negotiation, customer-oriented, people management, presentation, result-driven
Computer literacy in MS Office
Willing to travel
Good command in English both spoken and written (Chinese is an added advantage)
