Convert Land Title

Hi! Im curious if we can convert land title example, agriculture land to industrial land? agriculture to resedential land?

My family owned NCR land in Sarawak which located beside the coastal road.

Can we convert the NCR land to Mixed Zone?

What is the procedure and how to do it? pls share!

I just bought a property, paid the downpayment and settle the agreement with the bank and lawyer.

The property is still under construction, i would say around 50-60%.

I do visit frequently, but I am not happy with the work on my house>

*There is some cracking on the walls, some uneven wall cement where they install the wall socket.

The question is, Can i Ask the contractor to repair theirs un"perfect" work?

1.Do I have the "Right"?

2. To who I should Complaint?

3. If they ignore me, what action can i take?

Please help me on this matter cuz this is my first experience buying a property.

I registered a sole prop company on Disember 2009.
My current account start on feb and business start around
March. Do I have to report my profit and loss to LHDN?
How much tax do they tax on sole prop's profit??
What is include in tax deduction?
