Gymming regularly, but no significant weight loss

Not so sure whether it's right to post here.

Hi guys

Some info:
Height - 165cm
Weight - 65kg
BMI - 23.9

Started going to gym regularly(4-5times per week) on february. I aim for a slim fit/ athletic build. I'm trying to lose weight, and build up my body at the same time

Currently doing

45minutes of cardio (jogging/cycling/rowing machine and cross trainer)

and

all resistance machine for upper body(15x5 sets)

it's been a month and 3 weeks, able to build basic shapes for my biceps, triceps, shoulder

i lost only 3kgs so far (68 to 65kg)

I guess it's my eating habit. Sometimes if busy about assignment, my lifestyle changed and i'll sleep at 5 woke up at 2pm

i just eat biscuits and chocolate without any proper meal, and sometimes skipped meal without eating.

So can anyone suggest me a healthy diet so I can follow since im cooking my own meal regularly.

This morning, while listening to song in monorail

suddenly, my screen jammed.

The whole screen is black but the light is still on. However I still can see the battery bar and time

Whatever button i pressed it is not functioning, in the end i have to press both power button and center button to directly off it.

Guys, what happen actually? This problem occurs happened to you all before?

Im taking Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Currently ongoing my internship in hotel. Im gonna finish my diploma at the end of this year.

I have been thinking, although im taking Hospitality major, somehow my cert have the word 'tourism' too .. would like to try out some jo that is related to tourism industry. I plan to work for half a year to 1 year after my graduation from diploma just to get experience. Just to 'see' and make my final decision whether I'm really suitable with hospitality and tourism industry before going to take my degree..

Any job that is related to my industry to intro? I prefer job that have more interaction with guest/customer as in front office/fnb type of job. I have been thinking to become a tour guide, but I heard tour guide requires training and lisence ... hope can get suggestion from seniors from my industry ..

it's been 20 years of single lifestyle ..

throughout my life, ive have kinda low esteem and dont have much confident to myself...

im not a good looking guy or rich , just okay for my current lifestyle ..

Im a hotel management student, i got to know this junior when they semester are having a lab class ...

first time i saw her and i poisoned by her (uhm she din realise i was looking from outside of the lab)

through a lot of hardwork, i got her facebook, friendster and email .. ive add her and chatted a few words

the problem is ... she's an indonesian chinese who dont know how to read, hear , write chinese words ..

which makes me hard to approach her ..

recently, i know she's having a restaurant practical exam and i purposely go and support her during her exam ..

now she know who i am ...we didnt talk cuz she's busy with exam and the other things im not an outgoing guy who can easily go and say 'hi' that easily ...

I've think of calling her out for a dinner as she's living in hostel while im living somewhere nearby too..

im gonna gone through my internship during end of april till early september , i hope to have a solid position in her heart before im off ..

How can i get into the 'barrier' around her?

Is it ridiculous to ask her to hang out with me out of sudden? is it kinda weird?

How to get close with her? (we're from different background so its kinda hard to communicate, as her english is bad)

any idea on how to create more conversation with her? i scare the situation turns cold ...

Im a college student and im going soon for internship in some of the local hotels in Malaysia.

Im choosing hotel that is within Kl range as that does not require me to travel far.

Im taking Food and Beverage Service as my major for my internship.
