Accident yesterday

i was involve in a small accident yesterday. I was driving and going to switch to right lane, so i put signal. Saw one car and let it pass, then i switch to right lane. After 3 second i am in the right lane, i suddenly saw a car very near to mine behind, so i press the pedal to speed up but the car behind hit my car. I'm very sure there's no second car when i switch to right lane. The only reason i can think of is either the car is too fast or the road is not straight.

Anyway, they ask for compensation but i decided to go to police station. The police officer said if i have to give her the number plate of the car in front of me before i switch to the right lane (that give me the reason to switch to the right lane) but how can i remember that! So the officer give me a summon.

now everything have to claim from my insurance (btw, my NCB is 0% because its a new car). Mine just the plate is broken and a bit scar on the bumper. The other party car front is kemek a bit.

What do you guys think?

Hi All,

recently i book for a persona SE at Anjur Kayangan which is at serdang. So the bank call me and approve my loan at 24Jan. Then i wait and wait for the car. Finally the car arrive and i go sign the contract. What i do not know is that there's suppose a bank finance office to witness it (First time buy a car). So after i sign i pay the 10% to the company at 11Feb. I ask the Manager there since my SA has resign when i was going to get the car, he say next week. So this week i ask again, then he say next week. WTF.. Then i ask again today and he finally say that he haven't receive any money from Maybank. Then only i know the loan will only valid until 24Feb which is next tue. So his purpose is to force me to go to another bank which is AMBank and i know that he'll get commission from it since he has a panel work inside. So i just cancel the whole deal and going to another dealer, hopefully a better one.

So any dealer to recommend? Good service? Preferably Proton Edar. Thanks

Hi All, i book for a persona se back in the end of december. Last week, bank has already approved everything and now i'm still waiting to sign agreement. I also book a number on 10January which means it will expired in 10Feb. I call the sales agent, he said preparing agreement. Ask when can get the car he said sign agreement first.

Basically i'm fed up with how the sales agent and the company way of working. Is it possible to change to another proton dealer?

Is the interest rate going to drop?

I just got a call from maybank, it seems they still go with 3.99% for 9 years. Any news that the interest will go down?

Hi All, i'm getting a new car soon. The proton SA told me that he's applying for AM bank because its fast. I would prefer applying with maybank since i got an account there but the SA claim that maybank loan approval is more than a month. Is that true?

Hi all, i'm looking to buy a persona SE, but now already year end, so i'm going to wait for next year car. If i book now, i should get around 1-2 month right? which means in Feb. Does that mean the car will be improved (2009 batch car) or its just the same as the 2008 car?

Anyone receive letter from ESA about downloading infringement materials, such as games? I got the letter pass down by my isp. It seems that they detect my ip address from torrent tracker. Is downloading using http (using torrentflux) can prevent my ip from being detected?

How Setup Torrent FLux on Windows?

I was thinking of setting torrentflux on my office computer which is using windows. But from what i see, torrentflux is only for linux. Did anyone has an alternative? Perhaps other software?

The reason is that my office is using a very fast connection and was able to torrent at full speed. I wanted to download torrent from my home. Anyone has a solution? Thanx

Can use Router with Maxis Wireless Broadband?

I was trying to hook up the Maxis WBB to two pc, so i go and ask for a router or switch. But they said u can try but not guaranteed to work because Maxis line is sensitive (???). One say u can buy a switch because maxis wireless broadband is auto connect one. Any help here?
