Hi, what is the best option to collect airlines miles if I would frequently fly with MAS, KLM and Etihad? I understand that they are all in one world group. Lets say I will just fly with economy class.

Options :
a) get enrich miles card from MAS and use it for KLM and Etihad as well
b) get membership card from each airline and use it separately.

World Cup 2014 - Brazil!

Hello everyone!

I've been dreaming to watch World Cup matches LIVE since kids and fortunately the home of football - BRAZIL will be the host of 2014 world cup. Next are Russia and Qatar which I'm not interested to go at all. No offence. Any of you guys sharing the same dream? Since Brazil is placed in the other equator part of the world, I think it would be very hard for me to visit again (money + long hours flights) . So I am thinking of going to some nice places also. Planning to spend 2 weeks for my flights + world cup + sight seeing. Is that enough? Please do share some info if you have visited this country. where to stay? how to travel around? any great attractions? good local food? any tips? and etc etc. Yea, I know all prices will be ridiculously expensive. Trying to do my budgetary for me and my wife-to-be. Starting to collect more information in order to pursue my dream

Hi guys...I'm new into bodybuilding.actually I'm focusing to make my body lean and ripped as Taylor Lautner..hee..
Curious that are we allowed to add on ice cubes into our supplements intake or daily beverages?
Coz some said can,some said cannot due to the fact that ice cubes can weaken our strength during workout.

why when i turn on my comp,my room become hotter?i notice it's because of the heat from my pc..currently i am using 2 fans which at the side and back..how to reduce the heat?I will definitely sweat if the computer is turned on for 1 hour plus..

This is the 3rd time I feel dizzy during workout since I've gone through my new workout program.Actually I am following a rock hard training program which is lifting heavy weights with low reps to lighter weights with high reps(pyramid down).Anything wrong with the program or is it just me who are not capable to lift weights according to the program?any1 know?

Hello everyone~...I have a buckle which is Energie brand made of cast iron.
There was 1 day when i opened it too harsh,the buckle has been broken..
