Astro Byond Decoder Replacement (Expedite Process!

My Astro Decoder was stolen last month >:( . I already contacted Astro customer service 1300 82 3838 and they’ve asked me to fax in the police report indicating the decoder was the item stolen.

After 3 weeks, there’s no UPDATE from Astro about my cases. I’ve been calling them every 2 days asking about the status and they said report has been sent to the department. And that department doesn’t have a direct contact and no deadline was given to settle this issue. Now I’m stuck with these process.

Does anyone knows people in Astro to expedite my problem above ? I’m start to get annoyed having to wait for my entire life for this damn decoder…….
