Help!

Dear all,

My car was hit by a CRV driver in KL and was badly damaged. We ( the guilty party and I) decided to settle through insurance.

My car was towed to a workshop located at Klang. Here the problems arise. The workshop guy called up and ask whether i need the workshop assistance to settle those JPJ matters, such as court case, technical, and inspection which require runner fee about RM 400.

The workshop guy also mentioned that I can do it myself if I reluctant to pay the runner fee. However, I cant run the JPJ matters mentioned above as I suffered for transportation problem too since my only was hit and still in the midst of repairing.

Can I claim the runner fee from the guilty party since it is not my fault at all and this accident has created such problems for me?

Thanks

i cant access to antivirus website

I have a weird problem and I guess its maybe related to some kind of virus delivered system modification, From my computer I cannot access major antivirus web sites. When I try to access McAfee.com , Norton.com, Symantec.com or TrendMicro.com my browser gets error that web site cannot be reached. This happens with IE, Firefox and also Google Chrome. I can access to other sites without any troubles. When I do nslookup on the DOS shell prompt, I get correct IP address for those web sites, and when I put that IP in my browser, then sites are accessible. This computer had bitdefender antivirus installed on it and it did not detect anything… But now bitdefender cannot update virus definitions because it cannot get anything from the internet based on its web site name… Just to make sure that this is not bitdefender itself doing it, I have uninstalled my antivirus program, but nothing has changed. Still cannot see those web sites.

Does anybody have any idea on how to fix this?

Thanks

ps: i m using digi edge...does it affect my problems?
