just wanna ask if amd ryzen 7 3700x comes with a stock cooler?

I've recently bought a custom build PC from Viewnet and the sales agent told me it doesn't comes with a stock cooler. then I have to add on another cooler.

Then when I went to collect my PC that time, they did not give me my amd box. then once I've gotten home, realised that one of my mounting braceket is missing 1 screw.
is this normal?

just now i tried to on my brother's computer which haven't been on for months
then when i was half using the comp for not even 5 minutes, the comp turn off itself.
when i tried to turn it on again it turn it off again but this time i didnt even manage to load onto windows

what is the cause of the problem?
power supply? hard disk?
any sifus can help me out here?

just so i had a friend who works at shop A as a part timer, she are not happy with the management there cause the manager there kind of make used of her.
then one day if im not mistaken, she was working in the morning shift which is 10am, after 2hrs later the manager ask her to go home and dont need to work for that day.
and she got pissed and quitted the job without informing the manager and went for interview in shop B and now she is working for shop B which is a competitor of shop A.

then now shop A held her salary saying that they have the rights to do so cause she didnt inform them about her quitting her job.
now my friend wants her salary back and they keep drag her until now.

does shop A has the right to held her salary?
and is it possible to get back the salary?

so today i cross the road with zebra crossing
got 1 waja from far saw me wanted to cross but still pecut all the way despite the bump i was like
when half way, then i continue to cross to the other end of the road,
one police car saw me crossing the road and pecut like f1 car i more
towards the end of the zebra crossing, 1 wimmenz kelisa driver saw me walking and pecut like a boss without even looking at me then i was stunned by her action and stop to let her pass. then 1 muka mintak tumbuk nissan sentra driver gave me the loudest honk that you could ever hear and show me his c0ck face like i had killed his father

few days back i just notice my honda's boot kena pick lock then now the lock jammed i didnt care about it cause it might be some immature kids prank.
till today. i notice that whenever i lock my car, the signal lights doesnt blink like how it used to.
so i tried to lock my car with the remote then open it with the keys.
but the alarm didnt trigger. i sense something is wrong here my car alarm got disarm??

can anyone help me?
or im just being paranoid?

recently i just sync my ipong with itunes. but then because i forgotten to authorize my itunes with my computer, those application which on my iphone were not copied into the itunes and i lost all my applications. is there any ways to retrive them back?

i tried restore from backup but it does not help =((
