Acer Aspire 4535 no display

my lappy (Acer Aspire 4535) no display after clik on button.. cpu fan run for a while after that dnt run.. i take mobo out from casing.. mobo only connect to screen n power cord it run properly.. when i resemble back it, the problem happen again.. there is a few orange color at solder look like oxide.. so wat should i do?

i have install win7 32 into compaq v3309tu.. but in the device manager state that 1 unknown device.. some one plz help me.. there is no win7 driver 4 this model in hp web site..

my pc no display..
mobo didnot give any sound signal.. but the mobo will give signal after i remove the ram..
n usb not function (led at keyboard n mouse dont light up)
this happen after i run prime95.. it stable n no blue screen.. after i stop the test n close the program.. my pc blank..
