Motherboard and Graphics card compability

Hie guys, im currently using a MSI GF615M-P33 motherboard which has a
PCI Express 1.0 x 1
PCI Express 1.0 x 16

currently using integrated graphics and wanna get a dedicated graphics card.

Can I buy even the latest graphics card that uses PCIe 2.0? Is it backwards compatible?
Cause according to the links below, cards that use PCIe 1.0 are like manufactured in the year 2006/7 which don make sense lah

Unable to connect to internet using wired.

Hi guys,

Right now I am connected from my laptop to my ADSL/Router through WiFi which I have no problems whatsoever.

However when I choose to use my Lan cable instead of WiFi, Im unable to connect to the Internet, but I can log on to my ADSL/Router modem as administrator though . Just that when open browser I cant seem to get anywhere.

Any solutions?

Do we have any such cams sold in Malaysia? Anything similiar? Basically I'm helping a request to record first aid or emergency response events, from the first person point of view...Aside from taping or straping a cellphone video camera on the person itself I wonder what other options would there be?
