Norms in salary negotiation

Hi there.

My salary structure is basic + contractual bonus (guaranteed).

Recently I took a 30% pay cut in my company due to Covid-19.

I had a job offer from another company and I indicated my gross salary, prior to pay cut (basic + contractual bonus) as my last drawn salary. The HR asked that I give a breakdown of my salary and I shared my salary slip before pay cut.

I'd appreciate if anyone could share whether the usual max 30% increment will be from the basic only or from gross as well?

I'm of the view that any increment offer should be from my gross salary given that the contractual bonus is guaranteed throughout my years in the present company. Just wondering if there is a different take to this.

Also, given the recent paycut (which is only temporary), will any increment be from the gross after pay cut?

Would appreciate your thoughts and input.

transfer file from comp to ps3

i need some help here. just bought my ps3 today. havent update yet.
i wanted to change my theme. so i downloaded some msg4 theme on net and i saved it on my external harddisk.
but when i pluged my external hardisk to the ps3, i find nothing. there's no file detected in my hardisk.
what should i do? im new here.
or izit that the hardisk cannot be used. only can use pendrive?
conclusion: how do i transfer file from my computer to ps3 using external hardisk/pendrive.
can someone pls help and teach me step by step?. will appreciate any help! thank you.
