Car alignment after tyre change.

I'm getting my front set of tyres changed later this afternoon. My question is that is it mandatory to do a car alignment after the change? I just did an alignment 6-7 months ago.

My car is front wheel. If so, should I do front alignment only? or rear? Or front and back?

Hi all.

I have some personal loan questions. I have an existing car loan with Bank A. (3 more years). And currently because of emergency, I need to apply personal loan from bank B. (my salary has been moved from A to B.)

My question is will Bank B apply deductions to my personal loan amount due to my car loan from Bank A? Or will they give full amount based on my pay and allowance.

Transmission fluid is due for a change at 80K Km. Question is does the brand and spec of transmission fluid must match engine oil?

Hi all.

I am currently driving an 2010 Vios. It has good FC and serves me well.

Recently changed job; to a better paying one. I would like to get a new car for my parents to replace their old Toyota.

With 5 more years for my Vios. I can get another loan entitlement up to BND 30K (staying in Brunei).

My father only like Japanese make. And my mother like the Vitara, but I think it is old and heard from my friends it drink petrol like water. I personally like the Swift Sport. But it is them who will be driving it mostly.

Would like to hear your opinion on the choices. Thanks much.

Mobile phone repair inquiry

I am using Samsung Galaxy SL and Nokia C6 until both broke down on me recently.

1) Galaxy SL's sim card reader's hinges broke. Unable to read any sim card at all. Renders the phone completely useless.

2) C6's touchscreen for some reason stops working; at all. With only the limited functions of the keypad, I can't even use whatsapp properly.

Question here is approximately how much will they cost me? Because at the moment, maybe I will fix one only.

Nintendo Wii current price

Won it in a lucky draw in 2009. Played some games on it. But recently, just collects dust. I barely even turn it on anymore. And I mainly game on my PC and DS. Would like to check current wii price on the market.

But if it is too low, I would just keep it. I'm looking at around USD150. (with wiimote-nun chuck, classic controller pro, and some games).

Looking for a budget gamepad.

Any recommendations? I wouldn't want to replace my 2 year old Logitech Precision; but I am not able to play some games due to the lack of thumb sticks.

I'm not looking at something too expensive here. Something around 30 is alright.

Some questions regarding RAM

Hope this is the correct place post this.

I am using an Asus Laptop for general use/browsing/and some gaming.
Specs are as follow: Intel i3 2.2Ghz, 2GB DDR3 RAM, Nvidia GT520M 1GB.
Running Windows 7 64-bit SP1.

I recently purchase another stick of 2GB DDR3 RAM and I total to 4GB RAM now, and have a 7.3 rating at system properties (which is good I guess.)

Some questions:
1) What is the recommended virtual memory that I must set? Windows recommend 6109MB but I heard from other people and friends that sometimes if you disable virtual memory, the PC can run faster and better. Please advise.

2) Will the extra RAM generate more heat thus leads to overheating? I am experiencing slightly higher temperatures, especially during HD movies and with games under load.

Reading from speed fan: (idle - heavy load)
GPU: 55 - 65
HDD: 32 - 42
CPU: 48 - 70
Please advise.

3) I somehow feel that the RAM upgrade is not really noticeable (during multi tasking/gaming/HD videos. Maybe configurations problems? I run memtest86 and memtest and the results are positive; so the new RAM is not faulty. Please advise.

Lastly
4) Since I installed the new RAM, my taskbar shows higher physical memory usage compared to before. At around 34%. With only music player running. Please advise.

My current phone is a 6120 Classic, is very happy with it. Now with extra cash from salary bonus, I would like to change towards a better phone, being a Nokia user for 6 years, I would still like to stick to it.

I narrow my budget down to this 3 phones:

Nokia E5, Nokia C6 and Nokia X6 8GB.

What are your views and recommendations if you happen to have this 3 phones. Thanks in advance for any replies.

What's the noticeable differences between the Honda Civic Hybrid 1.8 and the 2.0 versions besides the cc's?

The price is one thing to consider, here in Brunei, the 2.0 cost about 7K more than the 1.8 versions.

Generally what are your views of the Honda Civic Hybrid? Type R is too expensive...

The 1.8 is about BND 39,500 and the 2.0 is about 46,400.

I keep having this hidden folder in my images gallery whenever I plug in the usb and do data transfer. The folder eats up mu phone and i format my memory card many times, but its still there. How to remove it?

Laptop volume on screen

I am using an Acer Laptop, Aspire series.

When I press FN (blue coloured) and UP, it is suppose to increase volume. And the screen will show a volume bar as it increases.

Now when I press FN and UP, the volume still increases, but the screen will not show the volume bar.

Any help? Its kinda annoying that the volume bar will not show on screen.

I am using a shared 512kb line , which is RM66 per month. I am happy already since my download speed is ranging from 30-50kb/s. Been using the line for a year now, everything is good....... until..

Recently my download speed is very very slow, about 4 to 9kb/s, I can't download anything, takes more than an hour to download 10MB file. My only guess is capped bandwidth? If streamyx wanna capped me, why now after so long?

Any help? Been 5 days already the slow download happens...
