Help needed on setting up home network

Hi, I have a desktop running window XP pro and a laptop running window XP home,
and i'm using D-Link DSL-504T to connect both computers to the internet.
I would like to know, i can i share files between this two computer?
I have try to run the "setting up a home or small office network" at the "My network Place".
When i access the workgroup, i am able to "see" my laptop listed,
but when i double click on it, itj ust pop up a message saying that:
" //laptopName is not accessible.You might not have the permission to use this network resource.Contact the administrator of this server to find out if you have access permisions"

The network path is not found.

Any idea what is wrong?Can someone please guide me on how to setup the network?(pls give me step-to-step intruction if possible)

Hi, is the HP dual core dv5100 series out in malaysia yet?
Is already out in Hong Kong and China, so i wonder when will it be out in Malaysia.
And I will also like to know about the price range for this series.
I wish i could get 1 of these in the coming PC fair.
if anyone know anything regarding this series, please share..
