Upon completion in July 2016, can easily exceed RM430psf since that is the price that is being sold in Kajang already. Expect to make about 30-40% gains on purchase price, RM150K gain possible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;       &lt;br /&gt;Cons:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Quite near to Kajang Prison (please watch &amp;#39;Prison On Fire&amp;#39; - most of them are good looking man,especially Chow Yun Fatt, looking to escape from prison) &lt;br /&gt;2. Some people still have bad taboo with Kajang thinking it is a kampung. &lt;br /&gt;3. With election around the corner, many people are nervous, especially property investor. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I will update the Thread when there is more information available.
