How to prepare:

- Using weighting machine or anykind of measure cup. Remember 100gm cheese dip premix : 200gm hot boiled water.
- Pour in slowly & stir it in 1 direction. Press the lump and stir it.
- Stir until all are mixed and it turn thicken.
- Let it turn from hot to warm and you may serve.
- If you want 80gm cheese dip then put 40gm cheese premix + 80gm of hot water.
- If you couldn't finish the mix, pls take by portion. Finish the portion then take again. Keep the rest cool and keep in freezer.
- Frequently take in and out of freezer, pls finish in 2 ~ 3days (the mixed). If not it can be keep for 7days in freezer.
- Cheese powder, please keep in dry cool place. Where no direct sunlight. 6 month best use.
