Loan Balance Amount

Hi, I've checked my car loan balance and noticed that the amount stated in eCCRIS and the amount stated by the banker is different. Anyone knows why?

Asked banker - RM50k

Planning to sell the car but MV around RM43k so if I sell should I topup based on balance from which one?

Porting To Maxis

Hi Everyone,

My contract with the current telco just expired yesterday. I am planning to port out into my current maxis account since I am a maxis one prime user.

The current telco's billing date ends on the 24th of the month. Should I wait until the end of the billing date so that its easy to pay for a last full amount at the end of the bill? Or should I proceed with the port out immediately and the bill will be pro-rated?

My Maxis account's billing date is on the 14th. So if I port out now it should reflect in this month's bill right? (pro-rated?). Or should I wait to port out to my Maxis after the 14th so that it charges on next month's billing.

Please advice?

I have a piece of land in Johor that was inherited to me, currently the land is not developed. Im planning to make use of this land instead of it sitting not doing nothing. I want to get guidance of whether should I develop my own or should I lease for someone else to manage. Any idea where to look for? I have an ambition of becoming an agropreneur but don't know where to start

My family has no experience in managing agriculture's as I grow up with my parents working in the public sector in KL.

Hi Parents,

Need you advice on how to handle bad tantrums by your kids. Currently my 2 year old daughter has been throwing tantrums quite frequently, especially when she doesn't get what she wants. It all started when my wife gave birth to our 2nd child. Previously she hardly ever cries except when in pain. But now I can say every night she will cry terribly sometimes for no reason. When i said cry I mean a lot of stomping her feet and screaming loudly.

How do you all deal in a situation like this?

Last monday went to citibank to apply for an increase for my credit card limit..after waiting at the counter for more than 2 hours guess what? Today got letter said my application for increase credit card limit rejected..WHAT THE F***...ive wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing..

Ive been using this card for more than 2 years and never got any increase in limit..heck my salary now is more than my credit card limit..

Spotting during 6 weeks

Hi all,

My wife is currently in 6th week pregnancy and since yesterday some spots of sometimes brownish liquid and sometimes there's blood have come out.

Last night went to clinic for scan. It shows the embryo is normal at the uterus. Doc said its normal if theres spotting during the first trimester since the embryo is developing inside the uterus. Doc told my wife to rest for the time being and dont do hard work much.

However since yesterday the spotting/blood still continues to come out. Is my wife gonna experience miscarriage? Or is it still normal for the blood to come out. Btw this is the second time pregnancy.

Pls advice.
