AZTECH 605ER modem router Problem! ned Help!

i jus bought a AZTECH 605ER modem router, my problem is after i configure all setting and done, but while i switch off the modem and turn it on again, all setting will back to default, so i need reset again and again! and even i press on the restart router button on the menu, also the same thing happen, all setting will back to default!

may i know what is the problem?
