MAXiS user BEWARE and CHECK YOUR BILL MONTHLY. I TRUSTED THEM and didnt check my bill clearly as its postpaid package. To my Surprise when i check it back, theres few months that have this Sms Subscription which i didnt subcribed by sms or anything.

CALLED MAXIS Center and they Say they cant do anything after 14days . AND they say you dont need to reply YES to subscribe for it. ITS AUTOMATED SUBSCRIPTION!!!! until you stop it!

Hi Sifu, experience property owner,lawyer, please help and advise

I'm owner of one landed house Property, after new SNP signed and found out that one private caveat lodged by previous buyer that frofreited deposit after 3+1 SNP period.

Old SNP 3+1 end at august and private caveat lodge at October 2018.(land office accepted this unlawful document..)

New SNP signed March 1st 2019..after one month only at April 1st lawyer inform about private caveat.. and need to remove it.

Is there fast way to get court order or way to deceaveat this unlawfully lodged caveat? Normal process take 2 months to cancel it and with extension if there's courting..

I need to remove it before new SNP expired..if not I will have to pay penalty to purchaser.. please advise thanks.

MAXIS/HOTLINK MNP NEED WAIT ONE MONTH?!

HI GUYS,

i encounter some stupid issues with hotlink .. IM MAXIS Postpaid user and change to Prepaid HOTLINK Temporary. BUT After i change to HOTLINK, when i wanted to port out, They say I need to wait for 1 month period before i can port out.

Please advise how to handle them as Customer Service just say you wait ........1 month first.. zzzz

Dear All old Prudential plan owner!! Beware!

im surprise when i admitting for government hospital (PPUM) for day surgery (RAI 131) .Prudential customer line: 03-2116 0228

Upon checking my insurance policy, She CONFIRMED with me that OUTPATIENT TREATMENT/DAY SURGERY is not COVERED/CLAIMABLE unless Accident by my cashless insurance card.

PRUflexi MED since 2012. 7 Years old medical card!

Upon my questioning on agent, they say only NEW plan cover day surgery and outpatient treatment. You will need to go private hospital and try to do full admission.

I Checked back my policy book and it written clearly OUTPATIENT TREATMENT is cover. Currently im paying all the Private hospital bill myself up to 2k+ so far and lucky hospital didnt take alot deposit since they know im disputing with insurance now. Until NOW im not sure its Claimable OR NOT.

So this is the scenario that will happen in future.. you got sudden stroke or chest pain or faint and send by ambulance to hospital government or private..after done some minor surgery, medicine and you can back home the same day or you choose for for so call outpatient /day surgery..

YOUR OLD PRUDENTIAL MEDICAL CARD WONT BE ABLE TO CLAIM IT/ ADMISSION with the card and its not COVERED cause its NOT ACCIDENT
