ok scientific outmigration or brain drain is when our professional labor workforce migrate abroad and work there..among its effect is that it will cause its host country (in this case Malaysia) to lose one of its human resources..there are several determinants that i can think about:

1. wage rate
2. working/leisure hour
3. standard of living

so what other determinants do u think can causes this BRAIN DRAIN syndrom..

i got freebies from one of the forumer here..an 3rod xbox 360..the problem is it use zephyr chipset and i usually play about 5-8 hours per day..so should i just buy a new jasper or repair it?please help..in stump rite now..lol

i wonder if any of you had watercooled ur xbox..if have can give me the average cost of doing so?what waterblock do u use and does it ever 3rod after that?(this of coz refer to pre-jasper chipsets)
