[WTA] Cybercafe setup

My friend is going to have his cybercafe setup next month. Currently he is looking for contractor to do wiring on network.

So he asked me to ask on his behalf regarding:
1. what's the normal charge for 80 network points?
2. what sort of cable should he request? (cat5e i guess)
3. recommended router + switches
4. what kind of software to run cybercafe?
