Transfer warranty to buyer of my Samsung tab?

I'm planning to sell my Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and there is a buyer who is interested. When I bought the tablet last year, I also purchased extended warranty for an extra two years. The extended warranty is from Progressive Insurance Bhd. The existing warranty form has my name, address and other details. I do not want to hand over this warranty form with my personal details to the buyer.

Can I change the name under the extended warranty and perhaps obtain a new form for the buyer? Thanks!

P.S. Tried to call the insurance's customer careline but nobody picked up. Thought I'd try asking here.

No booking receipt, can apply housing loan?

This is my first time buying an apartment and its selling price is below RM300,000.

I've already issued a banker's cheque for the 1% deposit and I've already signed the earnest deposit form. The owner/vendor has not signed yet cos he's in the midst of getting his S&P from the developer. But agent said owner has confirmed that the unit will be sold to me.

The agent has also either forgotten or didn't know to give me a receipt for my payment of the 1% deposit. He said he will give me the earnest deposit form to me later and that it's counted as a receipt. (???)

So now, should I still go ahead and apply for housing loans from the banks?

Advice from experienced buyers who have used agents before is appreciated. Thanks!

Where is Big Bookshop in Penang now?

Hello!

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask my question but here goes: Does anybody know why The Big Bookshop at Gurney Plaza has been closed down? Do you know where it has been relocated, in Penang at least?

It's such a shame that it's not there at Gurney anymore! They had books with cheap prices there.
