Tripod and Tripod Head

I plan to get a Tripod and Tripod head.. Any Suggestion from your?? and also where is the best place to grab it??

Anyway in my mind currently will go for Manffoto 190XPROB or Gitzo 1541T, while for tripod head is Manfotto 804RC2..

4) 580EX II Speedlite
