Hi all sifus.. I'm very new to the property market and planning to buy property a property for my children, which means I plan to keep it long term.

So is it better to buy a house for e.g in Ara Damansara (subsale) or an apartment like Desa Park City, One Central Park (new).

Hope some of you can help.. Things I have to consider - rental yield, fair price value, location, cost of maintenance. etc.. Thanks in advance..

Hi. Would just like to double confirm.

Read that, we can actually play all games from any region on our PS3. I just want to make sure because a friend of mine from UK is getting me some games.

So is there any possibility that it might not work? The games are Fallout 3, Bioshock and MGS 4.

Hi.. I'm not sure if there is a post on this before.. Anyway I have a Japan spec Wii and I've been trying to download the Engish manual from the official Wii site but it gets cut off after a while. I tried downloading at home and in the office, using downloader.. all can't seem to work..

Anyone has an alternative site that I can download the manuals...
